Allegretto is the rare Paso Robles wedding venue that can host the whole experience on-site — ceremony in the vineyard, dinner at the Cello, dancing in the courtyard, and 171 rooms for the entire guest list. Couples who don’t want to coordinate transit between three properties end up here.
Allegretto sits on twenty acres in the Willow Creek District west of downtown Paso Robles. The property’s bell tower, vineyard rows, and Mediterranean courtyard architecture were built specifically as a wedding-and-event destination — and at 171 rooms, it’s one of the few Central Coast properties that can accommodate a full wedding party plus extended guest list on-site.
The estate hosts ceremonies in three distinct locations: the vineyard rows looking west toward the Santa Lucia coastal range; the courtyard fountain (Italian limestone, Roman-style); and the Cypress Ballroom for indoor receptions. The Abbey Lawn handles tented receptions for parties up to 220.
The on-site Cello Ristorante handles in-house catering — a working kitchen led by an executive chef who sources from the property’s own vineyard and a network of Paso Robles farm partnerships. Couples can build the menu around estate wines (Cabernet, Zinfandel, Rhône blends) at a discount that effectively offsets a portion of the corkage fee.
The Spa Allegretto — 9,000 square feet — runs bridal-suite packages from pre-ceremony through morning-after. Rooms book at a 15-room minimum block for wedding-party stays, with a typical buyout of 80–120 rooms for full destination weddings.
