Hearst Ranch Winery, established in 2010 by Jim Saunders and Steve Hearst, is a distinguished wine producer on California’s Central Coast. With tasting rooms in San Simeon and Paso Robles, the winery offers a blend of rich history, sustainable agriculture, and premium winemaking. The Saunders Vineyard in Paso Robles, known for its clay loam soils and ideal meso-climate, cultivates varietals like Syrah, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Tempranillo.
